From June 4 – July 8, the Lynnwood Library Gallery will kick off summer with an exhibit featuring bright and colorful artwork from three local artists.

Kirkland artist Mae dela Cruz will be showing floral colored pencil drawing from a series called “Earth’s Laughter.”  An architect by trade, Mae’s attention for detail and structure can be seen in her floral drawings where shapes and intricacies are abundant.

Seattle photographer Lea Yang draws inspiration for her artwork from the many places she has traveled; a passion that has taken her to 21 countries.  Her current work explores visits to China, India and New York City.

Seattle photographer Nora Ng captures images that illustrate the simplicity and beauty of the world around us. It is her memory of what makes that moment special that she hopes to convey to the viewer through her photography.

The Lynnwood Library Gallery, 19200 44th Avenue West, is free to the public.
