What gives your life meaning? How can your values shape your medical care to ensure that you have the fullest life possible even when confronted with a health crisis?

Join Dr. Joanne Roberts (Chief Medical Officer, Providence of Everett), Pastor Eileen Hanson, and community partners as we discuss living well through advance care planning. Your questions are invited and helpful resources will be available.

All ages, whether you are enjoying good health or confronting a chronic illness, are welcome to join in the conversation to plan for future care.
