As of May 1, the former Alderwood Manor Heritage Association is now named the Lynnwood-Alderwood Manor Heritage Association and Museum (LAMHA).

In conjunction with this change, the group is celebrating its 25th anniversary and opening a new exhibit called “Now and Then: Lynnwood-Alderwood Manor.”

“It was time for a name change due to most of the area once considered Alderwood Manor has been incorporated into the City of Lynnwood,” LAMHA President Cheri Ryan said.
For our exhibit we have chosen over twenty “then” photos and have taken photos of “now” accompanying them with a brief history.”

The association will host an open house on May 15 at Heritage Park, located at 19903 Poplar Way in Lynnwood. The open house will run from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
