The Lynnwood City Council approved a new two-year contract with Zachor and Thomas, Inc., P.S. Attorneys at Law for city prosecutor services.

The agreement was passed during Monday’s City Council meeting.

The city published a request for proposal for prosecutor services and Zachor and Thomas was the only firm to bid on the contract. Zachor and Thomas have provided city prosecutor services since 2001. The firm agreed to reduce its monthly compensation from the current rate of $31,114 to $30,000 per month.
