The ordinance is the next step in the agreement between the City of Lynnwood and Sound Transit to construct a new light rail transit station, rail guideway and parking garage. The meeting will begin with a quasi-judicial public hearing process.
The city council will also hear a briefing from the public works department about the city space needs study. The study currently includes an investigation of staff spacing and staffing levels.
In addition, the council will hear the annual 2018 Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course Report from Premier Golf Centers
