The Lynnwood City Council will hold two public hearings at its Monday, May 13 business meeting, so citizens can speak on two proposed ordinances regarding future developments in the city. A vote on the ordinances will follow the public hearings.
The first hearing will be for draft legislation amending the City Center design guidelines and zoning codes. The second will be for a proposed ordinance and development agreement for Lynnwood Place Phase 2, which was discussed at the May 6 work session meeting.
The council is also scheduled to approve a labor agreement between the city and Teamsters Local 763 as well as a contract to finalize the remaining property acquisitions for the 196th Street SW Improvements project.
