The Lynnwood City Council held its council summit — a four-hour long special work session — at the Lynnwood Senior Center Jan. 20, and a recording of the event is now available on the City of Lynnwood website.
Councilmembers discussed council rules and budgeting for outcomes, among other items. The summit can be viewed here.
