Lynnwood Community Outreach Specialist Julie Moore has graduated from the 2012-2013 Leadership Snohomish County Signature Class program.

The Signature Class, made of 30 classmates from local government, institutions and business, is a development program for current and future leaders who are committed to community leadership.

Moore is the city of Lynnwood’s first Leadership delegate. She is the Inside Lynnwood editor and coordinates the annual Lynnwood University program. Moore serves as the staff liaison to the City’s Neighborhood and Demographic Advisory Commission and is passionate about social justice, inclusion, and diversity issues.

“Julie’s work on community events and outreach issues consistently earns the City praise and serves as a strong connection to the members of our community,” Parks and Recreation Director Lynn Sordel.
