Home prices were up but sales were down in Lynnwood, according to Redfin, a national real estate broker.
Redfin reports that home price were up 26.9 percent compared to last year at this time. The median home price was $329,950.
Sales were down by 5.7 percent with 100 homes sold.
Homes sold 37.8 percent faster, spending an average of 23 days on the market.
Redfin’s numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local database of available real estate for sale by member brokers. The data is from December only.
