A Lynnwood man who allegedly hogtied a 4-year-old and shot her 36 times with a pellet gun has been arrested by the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Our news partner the Seattle Times reports that the 26-year-old man is being held for investigation of second-degree child assault and unlawful imprisonment after the girl told her grandmother and a child-interview specialist this month that she had been punished for waking him up early, according to the Sheriff’s Office. His bail is set at $25,000.
The girl and her siblings have been taken into protective custody, according to Child Protective Services.
