Lynnwood-police-patchThe following are selected incidents from the Lynnwood Police blotter.

July 31

5800 block of 200th St. SW. Registered Sex Offender. A man was arrested after he failed to register as a sex offender.

Aug. 3

5400 block of 170th Pl. SW. Animal. A man walking his dog said that two other dogs came and attacked his dog. The owner of the alleged perpetrators came and took the dogs.  

Aug. 8

4400 block of 168th St. SW. Theft. Tools and equipment were stolen from a truck.

21100 block of Highway 99. Theft. A car rental business reported the theft of a car, which was later recovered in Edmonds.

Aug. 10

3800 block of 176th St. SW. Theft. Money, cellphone and a wallet were stolen from a vehicle.

18200 block of 36th Ave. W. Burglary. A resident at an apartment complex reported the theft of an iPad, computer, jewelry, purse and other items. The suspect apparently entered the apartment through an open slider door.

Aug. 11

2600 block of 196th St. SW. Lost property. A cellphone was lost.

5300 block of 189th St. SW. Suspicious circumstances. A resident found all of his mail in a pile by his front door.

Aug. 12

18500 block of 36th Ave. W. Animal. A goat was found and transported to an animal shelter.

21100 block of 49th Ave. W. Theft. Two jet skis were stolen.
