The following are selected incidents from the Lynnwood Police blotter.

Dec. 10

20200 block of 73rd Ave. W. Burglary. Two men were arrested for a residential burglary.

19100 block of Highway 99. Accident. A hit-and-run accident was reported.

Dec. 13

20400 block of Highway 99. DUI. A 24-year-old man was under investigation for DUI.

4000 block of 198th St. SW. Theft. A purse and assorted jewelry were reported stolen from a car.

3000 block of 184th St. SW. Theft. A wallet was reported stolen from a business.

18400 block of 36th Ave. W. Malicious mischief. A door handle was broken when someone tried to break into a vehicle.

Dec. 18

18600 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. A 19-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting and possession of a dangerous weapon.

20100 block of Cedar Valley Rd. Theft. A vehicle prowl was reported. Cash, credit cards and a passport were reported stolen.

5600 block of Halls Lake Way. Burglary. A residential burglary was reported.

20100 block of 66th Pl. W. Sex offense. A report of public indecency was taken by police.

16800 block of 52nd Ave. W. Accident. A car/pedestrian accident was reported. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with a foot injury.

19400 block of 48th Ave. W. Burglary. A 31-year-old man was arrested for attempted burglary.

5500 block of 189th St. SW. Theft. A 1996 vehicle was reported stolen.

6700 blockof 176th St. SW. Vehicle recovery. A stolen vehicle out of Seattle was recovered.


6300 block of 183rd Pl. SW. Theft. A vehicle prowl was reported. A check was stole from the car and the victim provided police with the name of a suspect.

Dec. 20

18700 block of Highway 99. Malicious mischief. Someone attempted to break a window of a vehicle but the window did not shatter.

20100 block of 66th Pl. W. Malicious mischief. A vehicle window was smashed. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
