March 18

19500 block Alderwood Mall Parkway: A woman was arrested for multiple misdemeanor warrants out of Marysville. While the arresting officer searched her purse, he found drug paraphernalia.

4000 block 198th Street Southwest: A man was arrested at Goodwill for a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Once in police custody, he admitted to having drug paraphernalia in his possession. The man admitted  shoplifting a flashlight from the store. Police also found a small club in his backpack, and he was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon.

3200 block Alderwood Mall Boulevard: Police responded to a theft at the AT&T store after someone stole an Ultimate Ears Bluetooth speaker valued at $300.

19500 block 40th Avenue West: A resident of SHAG Lynnwood City Center Living reported someone stole $3,900 from his dresser drawer.

4000 block 198th Street Southwest: A man was arrested for theft after shoplifting from Goodwill. In his backpack, police found the stolen merchandise valued at $23.97 and drug paraphernalia.

19300 block 44th Avenue West: A female inmate who was being released from the Lynnwood jail was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia when police found a hypodermic needle she was concealing in a tampon box.

6100 block 200th Street Southwest: A man was arrested for a drug-related DUI after police stopped him for driving recklessly. The man’s driver’s license and car insurance were both expired.

March 19

18800 block 36th Avenue West: A man was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for theft out of Edmonds after police responded to a nuisance complaint at Bethel First Assembly of God.

18500 block 36th Avenue West: A man reported his black/blue 2008 Yamaha YZFR6 motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot of the Alderbrook apartments.

19400 block 40th Avenue West: A man reported his vehicle was prowled in the parking lot of the Camelot West Apartments overnight. He reported tools were stolen from the toolbox in the bed of his truck. Stolen items include a Hilti Skill saw, Hilti nail gun and a staple gun. The items were valued at $400.

20100 block 46th Avenue West: A man reported his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the Lynnwood Transit Center.

18900 block 44th Avenue West: A man reported his iPhone RX was stolen from his backpack while he was swimming at the Lynnwood Recreation Center. He valued the phone at $700.

March 20

19200 block 56th Avenue West: A man was arrested for a felony warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. After police arrested him, they found drug paraphernalia in his pockets.

19600 block 41st Place West: A man reported his vehicle had been prowled while it was parked in front of his residence. A Rockford Fosgate 12-inch subwoofer and two speakers valued at $600 were reported stolen.

6000 block 183rd Street Southwest: A woman reported her mailbox — and several others in the area — had been opened and mail had been stolen. Some of the boxes had locks and were pried open.

19600 block 69th Place West: A woman reported her vehicle had been prowled overnight. Nothing was reported stolen, but the overhead light was damaged and hanging by its cords.

168th Street Southwest/Highway 99: A man reported that while he was riding the bus, a man stole his backpack containing his military ID and $300 in cash.

6200 block 196th Street Southwest: A woman reported her vehicle had been prowled and her wallet was stolen. She received a notification from her bank that a withdrawal in the amount of $400 had been made.

March 21

20500 block 60th Avenue West: A man was arrested for a DUI after police pulled him over for speeding. The man admitted to drinking alcohol.

4400 block 220th Street Southwest: A man was arrested after hitting a pedestrian with his vehicle and driving away. The vehicle had a snow-plowing blade attached to the front of it. The blade hit the man’s arm, but he was not injured. The man’s vehicle was not insured.

18600 block 33rd Avenue West: Police responded to a theft at J.C. Penney after awoman was reported to have stolen a pair of Nike shoes valued at $65. The woman left before police arrived.

18600 block 33rd Avenue West: A man was arrested for shoplifting from J.C. Penney. The stolen merchandise was valued at $45. Police also found 3.81 grams of heroin and three unidentified pills in his pocket.

18900 block 44th Avenue West: A woman reported her locker at the Lynnwood Recreation Center was broken into while she was swimming. The lock on her locker was broken off and she reported clothing, jewelry, bike equipment, two iPhones, an iPad, a Coach wallet, keys and her credit card valued at $4,595 were stolen.

March 22

6600 block Street Southwest: A man was arrested for driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop. He also had a warrant for theft.

19400 block Alderwood Mall Parkway: Police arrested three people — two females, one male — for shoplifting 119 items valued at $6,508 before tax.

4800 block 200th Street Southwest: A man reported his license plate was stolen from his vehicle.

18700 block Alderwood Mall Parkway: A man was arrested for shoplifting clothing from Macy’s valued at $1,598.73. The man also had a non-extraditable warrant out of Redmond for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

19800 block 44th Avenue West: A man and a woman were arrested for shoplifting multiple electronics valued at $20 from Grocery Outlet. Police also found drug paraphernalia in the man’s pocket.

194th Street Southwest/44th Avenue West: A man was arrested for malicious mischief for damaging vehicles with rocks near Veteran’s Park. A woman reported her vehicle’s front and rear windows had been damaged with a brick. The damages were estimated at $15,000. The brick used was engraved with the name of a Vietnam veteran. The man admitted to have been drinking alcohol.

March 23

4100 block 196th Street Southwest: A man reported his vehicle had been prowled in the Denny’s parking lot. The man reported three casino cards, a debit card, coins and cash valued at $280 were stolen.

19300 block 46th Avenue West: A man was arrested for two misdemeanor warrants out of Marysville while police were responding to a prowl at Trinity Apartments.

4500 block 194th Street Southwest: A woman reported the windshield of her vehicle had been damaged while it was parked outside her residence. Nothing was reported stolen.

3700 block 196th Street Southwest: Two men were arrested after police found them unconscious in a parked vehicle. Police found multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia, 0.98 grams of methamphetamine and a folding knife in one man’s possession. Another man was released from the scene.

  1. Sounds like about 90% of these crimes are the work of our wonderful vagrant hordes. Time to drive these BUMS out.

    • Where would to suggest these ‘human beings’ go? Anywhere but Lynnwood? Might affect the value of your real estate? Nimby.

      • I’ll round up a busload of bums and drop them off at your house, Liz. I’m sure you’ll have no problem with your fellow ‘human beings’ shooting meth in your backyard and leaving feces on your front porch. Maybe later you can all hold hands and sing kumbiya. No thanks you say? Nimby.
