Lynnwood Police joins with 7-Eleven to reward good deeds

Lynnwood Police Department along with local 7-Eleven stores get together to encourage kids to “chill out” and be safe this summer.

Youngsters who get caught in the act of doing good deeds will be issued a “ticket” for a free small Slurpee.

Operation Chill was developed by 7-Eleven in 1996 to positively reward and encourage good behavior by kids over summer when there is too often an increase in loitering, shoplifting and graffiti.
