On June 16, Lynnwood Mayor Nicola Smith delivered her 2016 State of the City Address to a large audience at the Lynnwood Convention Center. Special guest speakers included Economic Alliance Snohomish County Business Development Director Jim Stephanson, Washington State Representative Cindy Ryu, Lynnwood Business Owner Rosario Reyes and City Council President M. Christopher Boyer.
