Lynnwood Tigers win state lacrosse championship

Updated: The leading scorers for the Tigers were Alex Tindall with five goals and one assist, and Trey Knowles with four goals and one assist. Cam Girgus had seven assists for the Tigers.

The Lynnwood Tigers have won the state Division II lacrosse championship, blowing out the San Juan Dragons by a score of 16 to 7 at Seattle’s Memorial Stadium.

The Tigers feature players from Lynnwood, Meadowdale, Edmonds-Woodway and Mountlake Terrace high schools.
