The community is invited to Make a Difference by joining the LEAF School at Edmonds and Everett Community Colleges, the City of Lynnwood and the Snohomish Tribe of Indians for a day of Coast Salish storytelling, invasive species removal, native plantings and interpretive sign construction at Gold Park.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26.
People also can bring their non-perishable food items in support of the Veterans Club Food Drive.
