Lynnwood police will host a meeting to tell neighbors about a level three sex offender moving to town.
25-year-old Marco Santiago is moving to the 6200 block of 188th Street SW.
In 2002, he was convicted of voyeurism, residential burglary and attempted burglary, and sentenced to two years in juvenile detention. While there, he was also found guilty of custodial assault with sexual motivation and sentenced to another nine months.
Santiago has been convicted for a variety of misdemeanors since his release. He is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. He is not wanted by the police at this time.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21 in the Lynnwood Municipal Court located on the second floor of the police department at 19321 44th Ave. W.

I do hope that he has received MH treatment. This is from 2010:
He reported “I was going to kill her”, he further stated “I was going to cut her arms off and her legs off and burn them on the stove. I was going to cut her head off, and throw it into the parking lot.”
