The following photos were taken by Lance Anstice, who lives across from the house that was destroyed by arson today on North Road.
He told me that he and a neighbor grabbed a hose and tried to stop the flames from spreading to an adjacent home before firefighters arrived. In the end the fire was confined to the home where it started, although a nearby tree got singed quite a bit.
