New art exhibition at library

library artAn Intimate Portrait of the West” by landscape artist Kelly Sooter is featured at the Lynnwood Library Gallery through April 25.

Working in oil, gouache and texture, Sooter’s landscapes are a marriage of classical and impressionist art forms developed through many years of study with some of the best European artists.
