Assault

March 22: A woman reported that a man came into her apartment in the 18300 block of 52nd Ave. W., cut her with a knife then stole her purse.

March 30: A man was cited for assault on another man in the 18900 block of 29th Ave. W.

March 30: A man was jumped by three known suspects in the 20100 block of Cedar Valley Road.

Domestic violence

March 25: Two parents called police after reportedly having trouble with their 15-year-old son in the 17300 block of 37th Ave. W.

Trespassing

March 30: A person known to police was arrested again for illegal camping in the 20400 block of 44th Ave. W.

Malicious Mischief

March 26: One person was arrested for breaking a VCR and drinking glasses in the 16600 block of 44th Ave. W.

Burglary

March 25: A home burglary with forced entry was reported in the 17900 block of 36th Ave. W.

March 26: Someone stole a laptop computer during an apartment burglary in the 3500 block of 200th St. SW.

March 26: Two bicycles were stolen from a home in the 6000 block of 208th St. SW.

March 29: During the day someone forced their way into a home in the 5300 block of 188th Street SW and took several games.

Shoplifting

March 25: A 14-year-old girl was arrested for shoplifting at the Alderwood Mall Sears.

March 25: Employees reported theft of wood products from behind a barbed wire fence at Dunn Lumber at 16920 Highway 99.

March 26: Two girls were arrested for shoplifting at Alderwood Mall.

March 27: A man was arrested for stealing coffee packets from the Starbucks at 16809 Highway 99.

March 29: A 14-year-old boy was arrested for shoplifting at Journeys Shoes at 3000 184th Street SW.

Drug arrests

March 27: Police conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-5 near exit 189. Officers say the driver acted suspiciously and, after searching his car, they found several baggies of heroin.

March 28: Police conducted a traffic stop of a known heroin user in the 17600 block of Highway 99. After officers received consent to search his vehicle they found stolen property and needles.

Vandalism

March 25: Windows were smashed during a car prowl in the 20100 block of 46th Ave. W.

March 29: Graffiti was reported on playground equipment at Lynnwood Elementary School.

Miscellaneous

March 23: A woman was cited for supplying tobacco to a minor in the 16700 52nd Ave. W.

March 25: A man reported to police that he was being harassed and threatened by another man over his former girlfriend in the 6000 block of 204th St. SW.
