Springer, who formerly was Mountlake Terrace’s Finance Director for the last 14 and a half years, was confirmed by the Council during a special business meeting on June 1.
The Council also is scheduled to receive a briefing on a proposed Utility System Revenue Bond sale, intended to fund capital projects.
Council Vice President Ian Cotton and Councilmember Van AuBuchon will provide an update on SNOCOM, the 911 dispatch service that serves South Snohomish County, and specifically on the New World deployment schedule and Text to 911.
The Council also will discuss the Procedure Review for Meetings with Boards and Commissions, representatives of which are scheduled to attend.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 19100 44th Ave. W., Lynnwood.
