Construction crews will be back on I-5 this week in the Lynnwood area.

If you drive near Alderwood Mall in the evening, you’ll want to plan ahead for nightly lane closures. Starting tonight, crews will close up to three lanes of southbound I-5 just north of I-405 from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. as they prepare to install a new electronic message sign. Overnight Tuesday, crews will also close two lanes of southbound I-5 near Alderwood Mall from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. to repair damaged guardrail.
