Police are investigating a collision on 44th Avenue W. near I-5 that involved three vehicles, including a box truck. It happened just before 2 p.m. today.
Not many details are available but we’re told the only person injured was the driver of the box truck. Fortunately his injuries are not life threatening. Judging by the smashed car that was towed away from the scene, it could have been much worse.
I-5 ramps and lanes on 44th were closed during the cleanup and investigation.
