Lynnwood's Proposition 1 losing in first election returns

A measure that would change Lynnwood’s form of government is losing in early election returns.

The first count — released at 8 p.m. Tuesday — shows Proposition 1 being defeated. Many of the other races — including several city council seats — are too close to call.

The initial results are below. Another update is expected at 8 p.m. Wednesday. You can check out the statewide races on the Secretary of State’s website.
