The public is invited to celebrate the Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Lake Stickney Community Park at 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 14.
After four volunteer clean-up events hosted by Snohomish County and the Lake Stickney Conservancy – with help from REI and Edmonds Community College – it is time to celebrate all the hard work of the many volunteers and staff that participated.
The new park features soft-surface trails, picnic shelters, play-areas and a small off-leash dog area. The Lake Stickney Community Park is located at 13521 Manor Way in Lynnwood.
