A pedestrian was hospitalized with serious injuries on Friday after being hit by a car on 208th Street Southwest near 66th Avenue West.
The incident was reported around 5:15 p.m. The driver of the vehicle, described as an older female, hit a pedestrian, described as a man in his 20s.
The pedestrian’s injuries were described by Lynnwood Police Cmdr. Sean Doty as serious, but not life-threatening.
The section of 208th Street Southwest between 66th Avenue West and 67th Avenue West was closed for about a half hour after the incident.
