PinkaBella Cupcakes is setting up shop at Alderwood Mall.

The family-owned company, which also has locations at Redmond Town Center and Bellevue Square, was started 17 months ago by Margo Engberg.

PinkaBella has a wide array of cupcake choices, including unique flavors such as Baily’s Irish Cream, banana split, caramel macchiato, Guinness and mud pie. They can accommodate large orders for special events and even offer wedding cakes.

The store won the prize for Best Dessert in KING 5’s Best of Western Washington competition.

It’s expected to open April 1 in the outdoor Village area of the mall.
