On May 24, Lynnwood City Council members will consider raising vehicle registration fees by $20 to fund transportation projects (it was delayed from an earlier meeting.) The higher fee is expected to bring in about $655,000 per year.
Before they vote, citizens will have an opportunity to speak for or against the creation of a Transportation Benefit District, as it’s called.
