Meadowdale’s softball team improved its record to 10-0 league, 12-0 overall as they defeated Everett (8-4, 10-4) by a score of 11-1 in five innings.
Lynnwood defeated Marysville-Getchell 15-0 in five innings.
Boys golf
The four Edmonds School District teams teed off against each other at Lynnwood Golf Course Thursday. The Meadowdale Mavericks captured the event with a team score of 387, eight strokes better than second place Mountlake Terrace. The Hawks’ Mike Jenson took medalist honors with a three-over-par 68.
