PUD activates outage map, parts of Lynnwood without power

The Snohomish County PUD’s map showed several outages in Lynnwood, Edmonds and surrounding areas as of 4:15 p.m. on Sunday. Yellow spots mean between one and 500 customers are affected. Orange areas indicate between 501 and 1,500 are affected. The red areas show between 1,501 and 2,000 customers are in the dark.

Snohomish County PUD activated their power outage map Sunday afternoon as customers began losing power in wind gusts that have reached 52 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.

As of 4:15 p.m., outages were reported in several parts of Lynnwood, Edmonds and surrounding areas.
