The Purse Project of Snohomish County will be distributing purses, backpacks and bags to people in need on Saturday, Feb. 20. Stuffed inside are essential items, like gloves, beanies, toothbrushes, drink mixes and deodorant.

The distribution event will happen at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 6215 196th St. SW.

According to the event’s Facebook page, the group expects this year’s donation event to be the biggest one yet.

For more information on the event or if you would like to donate any bags or personal hygiene items, email the event organizers here.

  1. WOW, this is fantastic! Thank you so much for helping us spread the word. Community helping community. We’re so humbled and appreciative and can’t wait to help even more people at our next event on March 19th!

    With gratitude,

    Becky Prill and Stephanie Johnson
