The QFC store at 75th & 196th is planning to build a gas station.
The company has filed an application for a fuel center with four pumps, a cashier’s kiosk and two underground tanks. It’s also planning landscape improvements to meet city code. The new fuel center would require the removal of about 50 parking stalls.
A public hearing will be scheduled before the application is approved. The end of the comment period is Oct. 12.
This is the latest grocery store gas station in town. Fred Meyer on 196th is also building one as part of its remodel.
Nice, the nearest gas stations to there are 196th & 99 and you got to go dramatically further in every other direction. I’m surprised they’re only putting in four pumps. Safe to assume that would service eight cars simultaneously?
