Reminder: Police to serve as celebrity waiters at Claim Jumper during Tip-A-Cop event for Special Olympics on Thursday

The event benefits Special Olympics and is part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run, which is one of the largest fundraising arms of Special Olympics.

What: Claim Jumper to Host Tip-A-Cop Events to Support Special Olympics

When: Thursday, April 9, 2015, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Where: 18725 33rd Ave. W., Lynnwood

Why: Select Washington Claim Jumper Restaurants are partnering with local law enforcement agencies with the goal of raising thousands of dollars for Special Olympics. In 2014, Tip-A-Cop participants helped raise more than $77,000 for Special Olympics athletes. Law enforcement officers will serve as celebrity waiters at various locations and their tips will support their local athletes.
