Rotary Clubs partner to collect shoes and socks for kids in need

Poster public adver#4A091F2Five South Snohomish County Rotary Clubs are partnering to collect 111 pairs of shoes in honor of Rotary’s 111th Anniversary, which was Feb 24.

Lynnwood, Edmonds Daybreakers, Edmonds Noon, Alderwood Terrace and Mill Creek are collecting new shoes and socks from now through March 24, for preschool and school-age children.

Drop-off points are Belly and Company, 422 Main St., downtown Edmonds; First Security Bank, 19002 33rd Ave. W., Lynnwood and Homestreet Bank, 22001 66th Ave. W. in Mountlake Terrace.

Shoes will be donated to Clothes for Kids, Volunteers of America and Cocoon House.
