Five years ago, the Sears at Alderwood Mall closed.
Today, where the entrance to Sears once was, are doors leading outside to the new Avalon Apartments.

  1. It’s sad that section of the mall is empty (Mariners team store, Christopher & Banks, American Girl, etc) would guess tenants will sign up to be there once residents move in. A good drugstore or something would do well!
