The third annual family friendly concert, Shakaroo, to benefit the Everett Animal Shelter is scheduled for 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Everett Performing Arts Center.
The event features a pooch parade with 20 dogs from the shelter, music by reggae/rock band Nigel Mustafa and a White and Wine meet and greet with the dogs. There will be drawings for prizes
Tickets are $20 and are on sale at the Everett Animal Shelter, at https://www.everettarf.org/, by email: shakaroo@everett.gov or by phone at 425-257-6040. The Everett Performing Arts Center is located at 2710 Wetmore Ave in Everett.
The city of Lynnwood has contracted with the Everett Animal Shelter for sheltering services for any stray animals found within the city limits. The shelter is located at 333 Smith Island Rd. in Everett.
