Soundview School’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Club will be performing a full set of songs at Roy’s Place in Lynnwood on Wednesday, May 25 from 6  – 7 p.m.

The fifth through eighth graders and club advisor Mr. Taylor will be playing a wide variety of tunes from the 1960s to present, including songs by the Beatles, Weezer, The Rolling Stones, Green Day and more.

“This is not a ‘kiddie’ take on some old classics. This is straight up rock and roll with blaring guitars and pounding drums,” said Julie Meghji, Soundview’s community outreach coordinator.

The free show is for all ages and children are welcome. Roy’s Place is located at 4926 196th Street SW next to Kennelly Keys.
