The Edmonds School Board recognized students who earned the Seal of Biliteracy during its regular meeting on Tuesday night.
The Seal of Biliteracy is awarded to students who have achieved a demonstrated proficiency in a language other than English, typically by receiving a high score on a nationally recognized proficiency assessment.
