Young and old can experience Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese practice that has been described as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined, on Jan. 9 at the Lynnwood Library.
Kids Tai Chi for Movement (ages 7 to 12) is scheduled for 5:30-6 p.m. and Tai Chi Movement (adults and teens) is set for 6-7 p.m.
The classes are in the large meeting room.
Instructor Robert Levy has a 6th Degree Black Belt, more than 40 years of experience and a Masters Degree in Teaching.
