Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1040 (Lynnwood) presented the VFW Eagle Scout award to Ray Baldwin of BSA Troop 304 Jan. 25 at the National Eagle Scout Court of Honor at the Expedition Christian Church in Mountlake Terrace. Baldwin’s Eagle Scout project was the building and dedication of a Firefighters Memorial in Mountlake Terrace. Pictured are Eagle Scout Ray Baldwin (left) and VFW Post 1040 Commander Martin Spani.
