Lynnwood Today welcomes new sponsor The Polyclinic Edmonds, now offering vascular surgery in Edmonds.
The Polyclinic board-certified vascular surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein, MD, and certified physician assistant, Mia Caballero, PA, are welcoming new patients to their Edmonds office. Bernstein has more than 27 years of vascular surgery experience. Caballero previously ran a Seattle-based vein clinic for over 11 years.
Vascular surgery is the medical specialty involved in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases affecting arteries and veins. The Polyclinic vascular surgeons work hard to modify risk factors, minimize the need for invasive intervention and offer the latest in minimally invasive procedures. Our vascular surgeons strive to educate patients and their caregivers on how to effectively manage vascular disease in order to reduce the impact it has on their lives.
The Polyclinic is one of the largest, independent medical groups in the region. Originally established in 1917, it remains physician-owned and run. The Polyclinic opened The Polyclinic Edmonds — located at 7315 212th St. S.W., Suite 205 — because of the need for vascular specialists in the community. When hospital care or treatment is needed, Polyclinic providers have privileges at Swedish Edmonds.
