Stephanie Wright has a long list of endorsements for County Council seat

As we reported earlier this week, Lynnwood City Council Vice President Stephanie Wright is seeking the Snohomish County Council seat recently vacated by Mike Cooper, who left to become the new Edmonds mayor.

She has a long list of endorsements, including County Executive Aaron Reardon; Deputy County Executive (and former Edmonds mayor) Gary Haakenson; State Representatives Marko Liias, Hans Dunshee and John McCoy; State Senators Paul Shinn and Steve Hobbs; County Councilmember Brian Sullivan; and fellow City Councilmembers Ted Hikel, Mark Smith and Loren Simmonds.

Wright has set up a Facebook page where she lists her political experience and other endorsements.

Her only other opponent so far is Edmonds City Councilmember D.J. Wilson. According to My Edmonds News, Wilson will be sharing his list of endorsements next week.
